Descriptor: Week 1 - Introduction to Coding (Cue/CSFirst) In this session students will code robots to complete tasks and interact with one another. There will also be an obstacle course to conquer with prizes for highest points.. Week 2 - Coding a Virtual City (MakeyMakey, Minecraft) In this session students will create virtual cities by coding in Minecraft and then coding electrical circuits and controllers. Week 3 - Exploration and Engineering on the Beach (Spike Prime) In this session students will build their own robots and code them to automate and interact with water and different materials found on the beach Week 4 - Coding and 3D Modeling to Infinity and Beyond In this session students will explore 3D space and build a Moon colony through code. They will explore the effects of gravity and atmosphere on different objects in a digital 3D world.
